We are located in a historic building from XVI century, we are in the very center of beautiful ancient Roma. We have ideal location: we are on the Esquilino hill, which is in the middle of the ancient Rome, on the way to Santa Maria Maggiore. Our hotel have intirely refurbished, repolstered, all rooms, so we are offering you a great atmosphere. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, you can enjoy sitting on our beautiful terrace. We offer a family rooms, non smoking rooms, safe, heating, luggage deposit. Buffet breakfast is served in the morning between 7.00 - 10.00 a.m. in a cozy garden.

Some of our rooms have a pretty balcony or tiny terrace where you can peacefully relax for a while. You can have your breakfast here too, in the morning.The rest of the rooms has instead of terrace, beautiful view of the city and you can you can watch the life on the streets of Rome.
